1. The ease of sending out updates/reminders to complete the assessment 2. That the stakeholders have a dashboard showing them what tasks they still have open. (Old platform, I had to send a reminder from the actual open risk and then it didn't always send the correct risk. 3. The ease of customizing myself instead of putting in a ticket for everything. 4. Being able to have a reposit for all of the final assessment reports for the stakeholders to access.

customer support and its out of the box to have a easy start for company with lite risk culture.
1. The risk scores are not hastagable so I have to manually input them in each risk scorecard. 2. Finding what I'm looking for in the academy or other areas is a bit challenging.
the dashboards did not work and we are 9 months post implementation. this was big on the sell side and i dont feel we have gotten any utility from the built in reporting. we now have to look at other solutions, such as export to other spreadsheet solution.
ability to customized or adding desired feature -- most heard words is that it will all depend on when the feature will be voted/priortized.
