The bottom line people are good to work with. All very pleasant and seemed to care about our needs. The product itself was lacking to what we were previously using, but orgs that haven't had population health tools before would find this to be a very good product.
did not allow for customization that is needed and we had previously. a lot of manual work had to be done each month to reload files that we were using on a consistent basis.

Product is good, but issues in beginning and promises not kept did not allow buy in
They have not produced the results that they promised. We previously had Impact Pro and Impact Intelligence thru Optum and this was supposed to be better. We had to build all new disease denominators and build out a new datamart process. They also didn't adhere to timelines to implement our requests we previously had in the other tools.
