As far as hospital EMR goes, Cerner gets the job done with some mild annoyances here and there. It took me a while to learn how to get the full functionality out of it. I do like how patient notes are stored and how it allows me to access face sheets and print results easily. Cerner does not go out of it's way to make the EMR experience better as it does not offer any solutions to make charting easier.
