Cogito has the potential to be a useful tool in the management of value-based care. Simpler and more effective reporting and analysis are required for turning this seemingly endless amount of data into tangible actions for improvement.

I found that Diver Platform is useful for getting information about value-based performance metrics. But the imbalance in the level of customization provided by the platform hinders its further development. Better reporting creation tools would allow healthcare providers to get even more out of the Diver Platform.

Qlikview has completely changed our analytics efforts in a positive way. Prior to Qlik reporting was mainly based in excel. This proved challenging from several aspects. One major sticking point was the data size limitation. We often need to analyze millions of row of data, and that can be a pain if not impossible in excel. Qlik gave us the abiltiy to merge and navigate these large data sets in a much more efficient manner.

Providers not willing to share data with payer. We had a long drawn out lawyer negotiation experience that put the project 3 months behind. We were promised data from over 80 providers as part of patient care rules of the road. As a payer company, only 1 provider out of 80 was willing to share their patient data making the quality of the product useless for a payer.

Clarify Health's IT team is top notch. They were able to ingest our very large dataset without any issues and were able to enrich their platform in a couple months. The tool itself is easy to use and offers practitioner insights that are a notch above other vendors.

Negative: CAC has not worked well since installation, Need to take monthly updates which at times can cause problems. Positive: Coding & CDI software interface
