What I like most is that NetSuite brings everything into one place. Integration between finance, procurement and reporting makes it easy to see the bigger picture and saves a huge amount of time compared to working in separate systems.
Easy to use and understand
Its cloud-based portal and its support and implementation, enhances cybersecurity by its facility to add third party solutions.
The main drawback is that some parts of the system can feel complex at first, and certain customizations require extra support or technical knowledge. Once it is set up it runs smoothly. But the initial learning curve is definitely there.
No real time chat feature for debugging small problems
May require some expertise to configure, prices may be higher compared to other vendors
