The product provides a lot of functionality and allows some customization for our needs. The product works well but has some bugs/quirks that if fixed would make the product more user friendly. Hopefully the new integrated cloud products have addressed some of these issues. Oracle is not investing on EBS. Tool is aged with no new features since last 10 years
