Scalability has been nice and the costs associated with the scaling have also been affordable and inhibited product innovation for us. Also, the reach is a positive given the massive scale of Home Depot which has materially increased our audience and potential customer base as it gets us in front of more faces. As a result, this has also decreased customer acquisition costs versus previous products we used and driven margin expansion and the ability to increase R&D and reduce our time to market for new products.
There is not really anything about the product we dislike about the product as it has been a joy to use on our end and driven wonderful outcomes that have bettered the company. One thing about it that is a slight drawback, is the setup is a little challenging. Another thing I will mention, is the back-end user interface seems a little outdated and a tad difficult to use. However, I understand substantial fixes are coming. Also, customer service sometimes is hard to get ahold of which makes urgent projects sometimes difficult to get launched on schedule if there is a snaffu.
