Overall Citrus has been great to work with. I worked with them at my previous employer and developed great relationships with their team and platform. Moving over to my current org, I wanted to keep those relationships since they help us identify consumer trends and how paid search / retail media affects them. It's easy to use and able to scale depending on our own internal budget.

Communication Relationship (with customers and retailers) Simplicity - it's very easy for us to go into their platform and make changes if we need to. By using their data to understand consumer trends, we can change our tactics to reach those consumers in better ways and more efficiently.

easy to use, dashboard for self serve and retser integration is why they get chosen

On site and off site monetization reports provided by the Citrus. They do understand the customer needs.

Dislike

Cost Limited Scope Scalability - this is due to both internal budget but also the retailers that Citrus currently works with. They have lost a few retailers to ither citrus or retailers have created their own retail media teams and have pushed Citrus out.

There are three main cons: limitations to manage campaigns, limits to reporting and lack of transparency and then many competitors have AI keyword tools that they dont

The UI can be better thats all.
