Our Customer Success Manger is phenomenal! She is always willing to support in any way she can with us and our customers who utilize the Overhaul platform & devices. Great visibility within the tool when connected to a computer or tablet. The downfall is not being able to use an app for phone usage/monitoring when you are away from the computer. In addition, we've had a challenge with invoices lately but Overhaul team is willing to work with us while we work internally to address and secure a long-term solution.

Overall, this is an excellent platform for managing the security of supply chain.
