Also the Dashboard is every attractive displays based on the alert risks and so on. For the case management it has good lifecycle management like New case, Assigned, High Priority, Overdue and MTTRI KPI, and escalation policies. It also associate the incidents to the cases automatically but if a SOC analyst is closes more cases it will assign more new cases more than it is expected to assign. About the Incident Response it gives automated responses, mitigation scripts and playbooks but false positive alert or alert fatigue are observed in the product. On the incident management side the dashboard is customizable with real time visibility, risk scoring, impacted assets view effectively. In the workflow tracking it has good support for automated policies, task management and playbooks with in cases and audit trails.

The platform proved genuinely versatile — it adapted well to different workflows and team structures, which isn't something every SOAR-adjacent tool can claim. Incident Response and Case Management capabilities stood out from the start.

We have had a great experience with it. It's great for managing incidents and gives a unified dashboard for everyone in and across teams to follow and work from when something goes wrong. The multiple incident categorization and SLA that goes with it helps a lot in creating and the amount of effort to put in fixing things. Another awesome part is the slack integration and managing everything from slack itself(not that the platform is not great to use). When on-call, even not being owner of affected service, incident management and overseeing the response and nudging people has never been easier.
