The workflow approval aspect of the tool and the pricing analytics tool work very well. The overall functionality of the DM, PM and PA modules work well for our business as well. The only complaint we have is that system issues take longer than expected to resolve.

We launched and have been using the product now for nearly 4 years. PROS has done well to continue to improve and enhance the offerings to their customers.

The software was originally set up using bare metal but needed migration to Google Cloud before we could go-live due to the frequency and number of processes along with millions of lines going through memory. Overall, the solution worked extremely well, but most of our configuration and logic needed customization. The team at Pricefx was fantastic to work with; however, our company opted to work with a third party to build a solution and configure our pricing model.
