I like that I tend to login most days to get points.
It provides a way for employees to earn points and have a sense of satisfaction about their fitness accomplishments.
Easy website to use
Weaknesses-sometimes not sure that it changes my behaviors.
While it's good to feel good about getting points, I think there are far too many options for far too few points. It's easy to feel like you aren't actually making that much progress with how slow and gradual the accrual is. The developer team also seems to be slow to implement fixes. There was a well-known issue with trackers suddenly being unsynced on this product's app, but it took months for it to be resolved. Lastly, I feel like the user experience could get more love. Navigation makes enough sense, but small things as simple as having titles of these points goals be clickable to take you to a detailed page with more of a description, past point history, etc... would be really nice.
Can't link your wellness device, such as an apple watch or a fitbit to track your steps and health for you.

We explored Personify Health as a way to streamline employee visibility into their insurance and other wellness benefits, with the hope that increased visibility would equal increased value (and more preventative care). While the app/experience itself does do a good job of providing that streamlined experience for employees, I'm not sure the value balances out the cost of the vendor.
