Our overall experience with Pigment has been frustrating, largely because the product feels mismatched to our needs. The sales process positioned it as flexible enough to work across teams and use cases, and technically that's true - but the reality is that flexibility comes at a cost that wasn't made clear upfront. Day-to-day, our users avoid the platform where they can, which means we're paying for a tool that isn't being used. We're left with a tool that works in theory but not in practice for a team of our size and technical resources.
