- the reporting system is very easy to use having never used it before - predict AI is extremely useful in helping us plan for the next year - i like the budgeting system because it allowed us to import extremely fast and have multiple scenarios for our use cases

I like the way Planful offers a variety of tools. Each part of budgeting and forecasting is a little different and Planful offers a variety of ways to plan and all of those tools are easily brought together to make your final forecast or budget.
- One thing I don't like is the export factor. I feel like when I export to excel sometimes it doesn't look great and feels a little clunky - For report collections, I wish there was a better way to burst by cost centers. Sometimes when I try to burst by cost center I run into issues where the tabs are random and it doesn't seem right. - I wish I could edit some versions of the report within the planful app. I don't like how I can't change merge and center cells within the app.
Support articles are often not up to date with current features or not useful No undo button available in input templates or template configuration Budget Entity hierarchy structure is not optimal for our organizational structure (5 legal entities and 70 cost centers)
The dashboards in Planful are not great, however, they launched a Power BI connector which we now use in place of dashboards.
