- the reporting system is very easy to use having never used it before - predict AI is extremely useful in helping us plan for the next year - i like the budgeting system because it allowed us to import extremely fast and have multiple scenarios for our use cases

The tool is fairly intuitive and easy to use for someone from a non-tech background

Having a single, governed source of truth with role-based access and the ability to drill from summary results down to transaction detail has significantly improved how we analyze and discuss financial performance across the business

- One thing I don't like is the export factor. I feel like when I export to excel sometimes it doesn't look great and feels a little clunky - For report collections, I wish there was a better way to burst by cost centers. Sometimes when I try to burst by cost center I run into issues where the tabs are random and it doesn't seem right. - I wish I could edit some versions of the report within the planful app. I don't like how I can't change merge and center cells within the app.

1. The dedicated PAMS team doesn't seem fully qualified 2. Limited integration capabilities with our ERP (Workday) 3. Dashboarding capabilities seem inferior to competition

Occasional performance issues with larger or more complex reports. Some configurations can feel unintuitive and require vendor support, which can slow down iteration and user adoptions

Overall, my experience with Planful has been positive. It has improved reporting consistency and visibility and while there is a learning curve, it's a powerful tool once configured properly

Love Planful for dynamic reporting, consolidations (M&A, adjustments, etc.) and for having one integrated place for our financial data for analysis and dissemination. Like the ability to click into journal entry level detail.
