Overall Planview AgilePlace is a new tool we evaluated and it has some good features like virtual whiteboard along with enterprise kanban board. It also has integration with Jira which is nice. It definitely helps with streamlining multiple teams workload.

Look and feel is a little bit old fashioned, Editing cards could be more intuitive with less sub menus, no native burndown charts

They're still relatively new in this space and the learning curve is high. Their product also needs some polishing.

With few minor downsides, Company's experience has been exceptional. Support for and alignment with Portfolio level SAFe is outstanding. Tracking, visibility, customizability, detailed reporting and communication (alerting) is excellent for our needs as a Small to Medium business.
