Overall the experience has been positive, this program has a solid and reliable solution for project and portfolio management, the configurability and reporting capabilities are valuable especially for complex organizations. The program offers strong capabilities for resource management and financial tracking, which supports better decision making and planning. Its scalable solution for enterprises needs. There needs to be some improvements for user interface and learning curves about the program. The team was very supportive during the initial stage and helped us to get better trained on the programs and how to use it and make best of the time and efforts maximize get better end results, with proper configuration and user training it delivers great value and reliable performance.

My overall experience with Planview Portfolios was filled with mixed emotions. Planview created this product to track large scale dependencies and it is successful in ultimately one area. It creates a very strict process and central location to track everything. Beyond this, the problems with Planview are that the UI is extremely dated, the solution is overall slow in performance, and it is not a product anyone particularly enjoys using.
