Ability to scale large groups of trackable data.
1) Ability to create custom reports from the data. 2) ICP module for capacity resource planning. 3) Powerful tool for tracking from project all the way to OKR/Strategy if required.
1) Steep Learning curve - the UI is not simple for beginners, requiring extensive training. 2) Cost-prohibitive for smaller organizations 3) High configuration effort - Needs a dedicated EA team (or Admin) to maintain the metamodel and keep it current.
Very dated UI and not enjoyable to use due to the structure of data, poor performance of the product and overall ecosystem. The product feels like a very old product that has never been updated to reflect a modern UI or experience.
1) It can be slow in terms of performance at times. 2) UX is sometimes lacking and not intuitive especially for newer users. 3) Planning - look at the foundations of the functionality and simplify.
