Its very complex for the initial stage and user interface seems very unintuitive during the first time, some common tasks require multiple steps to complete. performance is slow sometimes with large datasets or reports, customization and configuration needs expert support.
Very dated UI and not enjoyable to use due to the structure of data, poor performance of the product and overall ecosystem. The product feels like a very old product that has never been updated to reflect a modern UI or experience.
1) Steep Learning curve - the UI is not simple for beginners, requiring extensive training. 2) Cost-prohibitive for smaller organizations 3) High configuration effort - Needs a dedicated EA team (or Admin) to maintain the metamodel and keep it current.
