1) One great feature is defining documentation customized to our processes and workflows. 2) I like its automation ability to perform user testing , error tracking , resolution and connectivity between various systems. 3)I also like the clear stages and control of process and documents , visibility of status of any stage.

1) It can be a a bit difficult to operate at times due to extent of controls. 2)There is no free Trial period . 3) Live GUI and tree structure can be improved.
