The interface is easy to use, hence new users can get adapted to it easily because of the drag-and-drop interface and pre-built templates which are readily accessible. It integrates seamlessly with other Microsoft 365 products hence adaption is easy for organizations already using the Microsoft ecosystem. As it is cloud-based, it allows workflows that can be run anywhere and thus supports remote work. It can also handle workflows for both small tasks and large-volume data too.
Not very user friendly to manage, see history etc
It does still take multiple attempts and a lot of troubleshooting to get the expected outcome.
Although large scale data flows can be run, the data loads can be slow and can lag. Advanced features like premium connectors require extra licensing which can be expensive. As it is cloud-based hence security and compliance issues can arise which can be a problem for organizations with strict regulations.
