It is used for great service delivery monitoring to the client that helps track key performance indicators and helps the organisation improve their performance
With their enterprise plan, you get the while label reports which you can customize, automatic report delivery which is super helpful! Exporting data in every way possible is a must and this does it well!
On=page health audits and broken link analysis for link building is not that effective as compared to other tools.
The one problems is that updates aren't free even though you buy lifetime updates, i understand software like this needs consistent updating though.

Overall, there are some great options out there, but most have some restrictions and charge way too much on a monthly fee. Great tool, great vendor, can be difficult to implement
What went well: The vendor is a pleasure to work with and they have a wealth of technical knowledge (hence my 5 rating above). The PowerSuite Agent has been "set and forget" for the most part. What needs improvement: There isn't a lot of information available on how best to deploy the SDN Manager (and which option is optimal for what Lync / Skype environments). The SDN software sometimes feels like a "black box" as it is developed by one vendor (Microsoft) and incorporated into a product suite by another vendor (Unify Square). Email is the only avenue to contact the support team.
