To support company's D&I initiative, reporting of gender, ethnicity, pay-gap based employee engagement has become a breeze through the system. Meeting load tracker also help reduce the meeting burnout and help increase our employee morale in this post-pandemic world by optimizing calendars and free time for employees to learn more skills. Ability to pull data out of the system to guage employee engagement and assess risk associated with it, helps plan for the future of the organization.
The agility of the product, its data identification and data processing capabilities with machine learning. The ability to churn out results at brisk pace is very appreciated.
Following are some key benefits that I have observed while using Praisidio - It provides early, real time visibility and actionable - The insights are so helpful to decide the future roadmap - It provides robust reporting to support SEC SK - 101 (c) and diversity
AI is still early in its days and while Praisidio is the early emergent of this tech in the space of LMS - we're not sure it's truly exploiting the full potential of the AI yet. But the space is new so we're hoping we can see true AI experience out of it.
At the moment, there are limitation to the product in terms of data churning. As early adopters of the product, we are at an inflection point that the leadership needs to take it into attention that data results need to transform into actionable items. There is nothing to dislike the product at this point as the space is evolving.
Following are some improvement areas - Business leaders need to better understand the challenge and opportunities - It should be able to provide a data centric approach to create win win opportunities - It is a bit complex for the early adopter, they should focus more on training

This is a great breakthrough system in our landscape at the company. Having AI capability to manage and alert on the talent risk and provide actionable insight is something we never had, and now we can't live without. Praisidio provides robust reporting features to be able to satisfy our D&I needs and any compliance/governmental reporting needs. Implementation of the system is breeze too as we opted not to customize much, rather use their built in functionalities.
