I am very satisfied that the application provides the ability to interface with plant floor systems all the way to the enterprise levels. The core part of the system has been really stable and backward compatible over the years. It eased the change management process and reduced training requirements since basic operations were the same with new enhanced features available at the same time. The main platform is also really open, making it easy to customize, connect with other systems and develop in-house reporting. The possibility of creating templates that can be used to export/import in the system really speeds up the deployment process to add new production equipment to the software.
