The user interface is easy to customize as per our requirements. we can set alerts for critical devices like routers, switches, firewalls and servers. Easy to mange inventory of our devisees
WUG seems to work well and it is reliable. It has many ways to monitor systems with simple MIB updates.
What I like the most about Progress WhatsUp Gold is its logs aggregation.
i face only one issue which is the network discovery is a little bit slow.
The web interface is very bad. It is confusing if you are not in the product every day as you forget how to navigate to different fields. The search function does not work reliably and the menu system does not make any sense.
Text design is not good for alerts email/sms. GUI interface is not very interactive.
