The autosaving feature, which saves so thoughtfully and faithfully. I've been working with this product for over a year and have never lost any content.
Limited design flexibility is one - the templates are good, but it's really restrictive in terms of full customization. Occasional performance lags as well for larger proposals.
It can be a bit too powerful - giving a little bit too much control to salespeople - allowing them to mess up designs! Proposals are still created in a page-by-page format - it doesn't create responsive webpage-style proposals, if that is what you are looking for. It can get pretty expensive quite quickly for larger sales teams.
Especially early on, a lot of the software for the program was finicky. But as soon as my team would bring it up to the Proposify Help Desk, we'd usually have an implemented solution within the week. They are always changing and making updates to the software, but not so drastically that you 'forget' how to use the program.
