Pulse, enabling us to work from home, cafe, or anywhere other than the office by securing our connection makes our lives really easier.

The only feature which I like is the quick connection settings. It is very easy and simple to connect. Switch on wifi and then click connect. It rarely gives an issue. Also, you can reset the conenction and clear cache as well.

We use token system and sometimes the connection might get lost which seems something to be solved between our company IT and Pulse internally, however it's been 3 years since I'm using this program and yet, there is no progress.

Right now, not experienced any but I would like to suggest that it would be great if they had a contact number, like a customer care number on the application.

Although there are some minor stability issues, Pulse became as a hand to us. It makes working outside the office really easy for us and this is great for better work life balance.

Pulse Secure is a VPN that helps to connect your office network to a wifi connection. Currently our entire organization is using Pulse Secure. The connection is very fast and simple. All you have to do is click on the icon and connect using your official ID details. There is not much R&D that can be done on the connection but at times it does take a while to connect. Not sure if its the Wifi speed or Pulse being slow. There has been less interaction with the service provider as it has never given any issues so far. At first setting up the profile was confusing as I was not sure which IP to use or which ID but once I got the details and tested it, it worked like a charm. I would suggest to go for this and see how it works for you. Probably have a free trail.
