I like the features of the product.

-It provides advanced machine learning capabilities to dwell into user analytics and help with user behaviors insights and visualization to help various developers and strategists take key decisions. -Help organize mobile marketing campaigns at various levels and monitor their status as well -It helps provide a great user experience and customer experience through various channels and platforms.

It's an easy to use tool that even a novice can handle. The deployment and integration of this tool is of highest quality and you can see the difference once this is integrated with your systems. The data capturing and report generating feature helps to save a lot of time and this helps us to modify our campaigns as per the responses from the customers.

No dislike

-It has a delayed conversion of real time updates to actionable insights that leads even more time taken in making business decisions. -It stores data from various sources on public cloud which can lead to data security issues. -It takes into account historical purchases in customer segmentation decisions but does not take into account potential of a customer.

There is nothing wrong about this product and I don't think there's anything which I dislike in this tool. All the functions and features are working well and haven't faced any issue yet.

I have been working and using this platform for more than three years and overall I am very much satisfied with the performance of this mobile marketing platform. For us, the engaging customer is very important and this platform helps me to send personalized information/content to my audience and customer with the help of push notification, web push notification, and text as well, I am able to see the real-time engagement as well as real-time tracking function in this platform.
