The amount of customization the tool affords us is the biggest benefit. The user experience for survey takers and dashboard users is very good. We also like referencing the library of questions.
That its always developing and improving to help me better serve our employees.
I have had some challenges with pulse surveys. I find it frustrating to have to copy over the prior month's sentiment and set up everything again... I wish this could roll forward more easily.
We've had an issue with the AI features turning off on projects randomly. Exports could be better and more useable. Easier to link EX and CX data.
It can be difficult/timely to fully train new users in the EX side of the platform at the brand admin level.
