I think Qualtrics has tremendous capabilities and breadth in terms of what you can do. I like working with Matt Hall and his support has been great. I like that the company is continuing to innovate and come up with new features and functionality.

We have used Culture Amp for our employee engagement survey for the past 4 years. It's easy to administer surveys and the insights get better each year. We also use it for exit surveys and keep a survey open year-round for general anonymous feedback that we respond to each month in our employee newsletter. Think of it as a virtual suggestion or comment box for the virtual team.

They are truly a partner who listens (and responds) to us and enables us to listen to our team members for deeper understanding that leads to real action and improvement.

Explorance Blue has been a strong fit for running our large, structured annual review process and supporting different user populations. We've had positive experiences with their customer support and also have benefited from regular partnership touchpoints and roadmap discussions. Overall, the platform is reliable for our core use case but integration, automation, and configurability still have room to mature.

Microsoft Viva offers a centralized system for announcements and company resources which improves my experience and also I can connect other Microsoft Tools with it which can smoother my workflow.

We have been using CultureMonkey for employee engagement and pulse surveys which made it effective with analyzing the results. The Platform is straight forward and the Report Heat map helps in identifying trends and action areas easily. Their support team is very responsive and helpful whenever we needed help and wanted to try something new. Overall, we are satisfied with the product.
