We're not a fan of the Forest Recovery Console and RMAD recovery console being 2 separate products within the deployment. We'd like to be able to use both from the same pane of glass. RMAD is not very clear on formatting when it comes to large backup operations that require an import from a CSV or TXT file. This could easily be remedied by stating what format the object needed to be listed in within the doc itself. We wish that there were more options to add separate backup retention times on each secondary or tertiary backup location. Instead we're forced to make individual collections for local DC backups and then a separate collection for the external backups with a different retention timeframe for each.

RMAD. The AD Admin's Security Blanket.
RMAD has been nothing shy of a dream to work with since its deployment. The initial setup takes time and plenty of attention to detail, but it's fully automated after that point. The driving factor behind purchasing it was its proven ability to restore an active directory environment from something as catastrophic as a ransomware attack.
