It's an incredibly robust program! I can quickly connect to our networked database and submit queries as quick as my network allows with no limitations on the product side. I 'll say that the product has so many options that without training or a manual handy it can seem overwhelming.

The ability to seamlessly and consistently connect to our database. Also, the options for customizing queies seems to be limitless

I liked its ease of use and data extraction from the DB.

The pros of this product are such as extensive database support service, rich in querying and reporting capabilities, integration with R and phytons for advanced analytics and etc.

It's not an intuitive user-friendly product. It requires training or a manual from start.

It is too much close to SQL command line client in its operation with less options in data presentation and graphical interaction with DB

The cons of this product are that the resource server might overcome resource-heavy problems when there are larger sets of data incoming, the learning curve for those users who are not familiar with the SQL or database tools and small businesses or individual users might feel expensive on this product.
