Even though a great product and has far more capabilities than we need, for a small non-profit school, this is overkill. They really need to change licensing model and usage for different scales of business and use.

Quickbase is highly customizable which allowed us to create a platform well suited for our unique use case. Using both pipelines and API calls, it is very easy to connect our other tools to the Quickbase platform, to both pull data created in Quickbase, and to keep Quickbase up to date with data from those tools. When we need support, their support is very quick to respond, and is very helpful in completing the requests. Quickbase also allows us to use custom HTML in emails to create internal messaging that has greatly improved our overall response rates.

Capabilities to create are endless Backed up and easy restore Support is Great

We like that now our backoffice and credit departmentb users are empowered to create their own apps. it is fast to prototype without need for a professional developer. We also love that it is easy to integrate with Salesforce and other systems we use. Overall it helped us to reduce manual data handling.

The process of testing out new pipelines and options is a bit too convoluted, involving creating a copy of the app, a copy of the pipeline, and having to test that way in order to avoid testing in production. Pipeline services get congested at certain times of day, which occasionally causes missed steps or delayed pipelines. Quickbase AI is not even close to ready for primetime, it regularly makes bad assumptions or makes bad recommendations.

COST! So expensive. Can get difficult to understand without basic development knowledge Should offer in person or online live training as a foundation of creation of apps

There is a learning curve when you just start. Interface and navigation is a bit clunky. Pricing options are not too flexible.
