I have been using Qvidian for ~4 years and it has been a great experience as my team is mostly involved in populating client RFPs / DDQs. It is a great tool in collaborative work management.

The experience has not been that good. Not a good support staff. The program keeps on improvising on a regular basis. It seems that this is a Beta Software with limited R&D done.

    Exploring Qvidian's Role in Simplifying Due Diligence and RFP Projects

    My team works on Due Diligence questionnaires and RFPs where Qvidian helps a lot in project collaboration and content sharing. It has been for over 2.5 years that I have been using Qvidian in my organization. Over the last 1 year, there have been nice enhancements in the UX and design which makes it very easy for the team to adopt it.

# Easy and simple interface - I do remember the first time when I started using this tool in 2022 and now in 2026, the interface is more or less similar, however there were decent updates in application. # Easy to integrate with MS Word - As our team is responsible for DDQs / RFPs on word, so we have integrated the Qvidian plugin on MS Word and using the same, it really becomes easy and responses auto populate in same formatting in word. # Easy to maintain data - On Qvidian, we do bulk update / bulk load exercises every quarter, and with these features, it really becomes easy to keep the responses on Qvidian updated.

# Building projects on Qvidian - We really do not like the feature of Projects on Qvidian as its functionalities are a bit difficult and not user friendly. # Lack of recent updates - I believe with AI / ChatGPT, there could be one of the innovation in product that they make it similar to chat, where user asks questions and AI respond based on library content. # Formatting issues - At times, when using on word, we do have to make sure that formatting is consistent, like tables and bullets. However, in Qvidian as well there is no auto-check for formatting.

The service and support staff is just not at all of any standard. The system is really slow and lags a lot. Takes a lot of time to integrate.
