It fits into our process well and helps keep things organized. There's a sense of reliability and structure that we appreciate.
I like the auto populate response function. The software is easy to work with.
1. Content library management is what I really like the most, searching the content over Qvidian makes life much easier than going through multiple docs and files. 2. Project building features help in work management: For example, there may be 2-3 resources from the team that are working on a particular RFP / DDQ, so tracking their performance on real time becomes easier and collaboration is also effective. 3. Last but not least but integration of Qvidian with MS word and MS Excel makes the life easier in terms of directly pulling and pasting data from source.
There are areas where the automation could be more responsive and refined. It works, but there's definitely room for revolution.
The service and support staff is just not at all of any standard. The system is really slow and lags a lot. Takes a lot of time to integrate.
1. At times only, it lags a lot. It has happened to me a few times where I have been trying to go into Qvidian Library but it does not pop-up. 2. Although it is effective, cost is sometimes what overweighs the benefits for Qvidian.
