Bilingual Support and Rapid Response Differentiate Radware's Technical Expertise
I've been involved in two implementations of two different products with Radware. I implemented Cloud WAF and their Anti-DDos service. Personally, I consider them to be very attentive and punctual. I think what I would highlight most about the brand or their service is the technical aspect, since it's one of the areas I'm most involved with due to my role in the company. I consider their engineers to be sufficiently trained to resolve any issue, and they offer support in Spanish and English, something that not many brands or manufacturers offer, or at least in my experience, that's what I've seen with other brands. I'm not saying their sales service is bad or that we should undervalue it, since they provide good follow-up throughout the entire process and are always attentive. However, I'm truly delighted with their support. Both the ticketing system and the personalized attention they provide throughout the process are very good. The technologies are generally good because they deliver what they promise, they're not complicated to understand, and if there's anything you don't understand, they have a training portal that teaches you how to use their technologies in conjunction with labs so you can practice in real-life environments.
