I like the engagement outreach for impacted employees and the breadth of services they provide; they even have an alumni page that we could direct former employee's to in order to help support the recruitment process. As an internal stakeholder, I appreciate the frequenty insights we receive on usage, CSAT, etc that helps us understand how our former employees are using the program. We now have this service as a standard offering for the last ~4 years.
When I had a question about a highly sensitive situation, Our AM didn't hesitate to ask what date/time worked best for me and sent me an invite shortly after. Having the ability to speak with a real human about real human issues is a game changer and is something I greatly appreciate. Also, the portal is very user friendly, I found that I was able to navigate it easily as a new user. Finally, the dashboard on my portal! I love the visual aspect of data and find it helpful that it is the first thing I see when I log into my account.
We were very satisfied with the services overall. An enhancement opportunity would be an opt-in to receive automated, regular updates (e.g., weekly, etc.) on participant engagement and progress. This could flag a potential need for increased employer-driven awareness of available services to drive increased utilization.
I don't have any dislikes about the product or service.
- I think there could be many more offerings on the reporting side of things. Data can tell so many stories and I feel like this is not something that is being utilized completely. - Automatic status reports to ex-employers would be helpful - When I was onboarded - a session with RiseSmart would have been helpful
