20 years ago Recurso Confiable began the development of software that provides Real-Time: Tracking, Visibility, Monitoring and Predictability. Recurso Confiable created a collaborative tool named Control Track able to connect with TMS and ERP providers. During 2024, through the implementation of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, Recurso Confiable tracked 3.2M shipments, detected and alerted customers of 1.2M in-transit risks, and uploaded 8.2M PODs. During the last years Recurso Confiable has created a Telematics HUB that connects 6.6K carriers and developed web services/APIs to connect with 950+ Telematics providers from Mexico to Argentina. Recurso Confiable BPO's teams accompany customers helping them with automatization, traceability and Real-Time information for a timely decision-making.

There is an opportunity for improvement in the resolution times of specific developements (APIs) since they were not delivered on time on several occasions (we have even had to escalate for Manager o Director to have them resolved
it is not a complete solution, but despite that it is very suitable. Related to technicalities, the product has scarcity on technical people that can understand your needs, most of the time we need to talk with the same people and this might represent waste of time.
