What is RC Control Track?

Control Track is a Real-Time Visibility Platform powered by Artificial Intelligence. It is designed to improve supply chain operations through automated execution that ensures data quality. The platform connects with TMS and ERP providers and supports a network of carriers, shippers, and telematics providers from Mexico to Argentina. It reduces manual Track and Trace activities and provides traceability through Business Process Operation (BPO) teams that assist customers with automation and real-time data for decision-making based on predictive intelligence. Using algorithms and predictive models, the Tracky chatbot delivers shipment information in under two seconds. The POD-IA intelligence feature helps convert data into insights and supports the collection process.

it is easy to adapt, configure and basically if from your side you put the right discipline you can get desired results

deliver takes too long or at least not according our customers expectations

There is an opportunity for improvement in the resolution times of specific developements (APIs) since they were not delivered on time on several occasions (we have even had to escalate for Manager o Director to have them resolved

it is not a complete solution, but despite that it is very suitable. Related to technicalities, the product has scarcity on technical people that can understand your needs, most of the time we need to talk with the same people and this might represent waste of time.
