When I was in a CSR role, I used this software as our billing software where we process refunds and charge our members. The payment processing is is quite smooth however there are times the software lags and it takes time to reflect the refund so we had to refresh a few times. In charge generation, when I first time doing a manual charge to the members, it take some times for me to understand its user interface but when I used to it, it is easy to navigate. In terms of invoice aggregation, when we need to search an invoice summary of that particular invoice number it is easy to find and can be easily read. In order taking, like redeeming a gift through Recurly, it is easy to navigate also, it is easy to find who is the one purchase the gift card and to whom to give it. Overall the usage rating is good, for the first time user it can be intimidating however when you used to it, it is easy to used it.
