It also has standard enterprise level security and isolation between the VMs. Great community and good vendor support is also available which I like the most. It is efficient and works well with automation tools also.

The graphical interface of Red Hat Enterprise Linux is not very user-friendly when compared to the most widely used tool on the market, considering only the graphical interface. This isn't a major drawback, but it could be a great help if it were more intuitive.
Licensing is something I should definitely talk about in the dislikes. Also for the setup and troubleshooting we need the expertise dealing with the Linux. It also compares poorly to tools like VMware vSphere in setup and management as it is more manual and feels heavy. Also to make it usable for a full experience we need to integrate with the other red hat products which makes it dependable.
Subscription and licensing models can be complex in a highly virtualized environment. Higher cost compared to community Linux distributionsm. There are some administrative tooling changes between major changes requiring adaptation and retraining.
