It has built in support for Kernel based VM which makes it one of the best things. It also has standard enterprise level security and isolation between the VMs. Great community and good vendor support is also available which I like the most. It is efficient and works well with automation tools also.

There are a lot of tools for troubleshooting issues and finding the right way to resolve them. The quality of support provided by Red Hat.

Licensing is something I should definitely talk about in the dislikes. Also for the setup and troubleshooting we need the expertise dealing with the Linux. It also compares poorly to tools like VMware vSphere in setup and management as it is more manual and feels heavy. Also to make it usable for a full experience we need to integrate with the other red hat products which makes it dependable.
It can be complex if you don't have some experience. Italian companies do not know the potential of this. Red Hat is not very widespread in Italy.
