In my case the most important is the no code, I can set a best way for my company without customization and increase price.
It is very user friendly and dynamic when it comes to setup
The F&R module is very good and orders proposals that we can rely on. The system is very transparent and easy to understand the outcome. Our relationship with Relex is very strong and they are always solution orented.
the Relex academy has only a version in english which to Brazil is not so good
Unreliable forecast. Most items works but we constantly have issues with forecast acting unlogical affecting the trust in the system. Campaign tool is not working very well and is not as smart compared to what was initially presented.
It is difficult to use the system for fruit and vegetable F&R as there is often one item purcahsed from multiple suppliers
