The scripts and runbooks type of network automation has matured since we first implemented it. Ability to scale, add redundancy, and build custom integrations has all evolved to be quite stable. We've had to approach them for some solutions as opposed to them being proactive with us, but recently they've been more proactive. Code libraries are a paid service that competitors typically offer for free as a community feature. They are eager to expand services but haven't utilized anything outside of the core Actions automation engine. We already have a lot of other premium services with other vendors that are tough to compete against, but Resolve might be good for companies that are lacking in those areas (ITSM, AIOps, etc.).

We have been using Resolve Actions Pro for over four years now across our technology teams and it has become a cornerstone of our Automation Strategy. So far we have successfully automated around 45 internal processes ranging from routine operational tasks to more complex workflows. What sets Resolve apart is its stablilty and reliability -- especially when compared to traditional RPA bots. Many of our internal processes have transitioned to Resolve specifically because of its consistent performance and minimal maintenance overhead. The platform has proven to be scalable, intuitive and robust making it the preferred choice for our teams. It continues to evolve with our needs, and we highly recommend it to organizations looking for a dependable automation solution. Three key things that we like about resolve is 1. The product team does a good job of understanding industry trends, client needs, and technology advancements. This approach has driven advancements in ML, AI, and client-friendly interfaces.

Support turnaround time for resolving issues can sometimes be higher than expected

Not a lot of pre-built... the majority of solutions end up being built ground-up. Many areas are dumbed down for user-friendliness, perhaps too much (to prevent you from hurting yourself) but it comes at the cost of granular control. Everything has to be done through their web UI, which is not ideal for some devs.

None, I like the solution and really enjoy working with my sales and support team.

    The product has almost everything that is required to orchestrate the Infrastructure, The awesome feature is decision tree which helps to directly build automation in such a way that there is no single dependency on any 3rd party system or tool, From End User to direct automation no any middleware integration or tool, Same goes with the Gateways functions as well.
