The product was easy and fast to integrate into our set up, connecting seamlessly to third party software. During the time we have used the product, I have found their support timely and helpful support. The platform includes a range of product features that we have found add significant value to the offering.

Minimal man power to track engagement and activity - i.e. the integration with SF
Some basic administration functions, particularly related email sync require contacting support, in this sense the self administration features could be improved. In addition to this, some of the support documentation can be somewhat confusing to follow, however it is generally quite comprehensive. The only other element that I would like to see in the product is greater support for some mobile features, a element that is also missing from all major competitors.
Not always linking properly, having to stop and shut down and then reopen and sometimes does not open.
Sometimes slow to load in Side bar.
