Integrations are surely one of Gong's key strengths - both out of the box and through the API, we're able to pull data into places and use it to make every day business decisions. The ease of use is also a huge win - the moment you have reps come to you with updates they've found before you've had a chance to find them yourself, you know it's an embedded tool. The speed of development is also a standout - it feels like every week there's something new!
1. The UX is intuitive 2. I like the integration with SFDC so Gong calls are part of the customer or partner record 3. Automation for sharing is very convenient
I really love the fact that I can go in and ask a question about any call and Gong will have the answer for me with a direct timestamp for where it found said answer - for example, I can ask Gong AI if the client had any hesitations when I brought up the price and it will provide me with all of the possible hesitations despite never using the word 'hesitation' in the call. I also love the follow-up email generator and the ability to specify if it needs to be more action-oriented. I also love the pre-call research function.
As expected, some things are 'Gong exclusive' which can make having reps working out of one place tricky - we'd love to be able to pull deal score (and details) into our CRM. Other than that, sometimes the new developments can feel a little all at once, and it'd be great to understand the workflows behind them more - I love the speed at which releases become available, but understanding where they fit for best results would be great.

One of the things that can be irksome to myself and my clients is that the Gong call recorder will announce itself despite having been on the call for several minutes and it will often times interrupt someone that was talking. When it interrupts a client, that can be unprofessional and rude. I also wish the follow-up email generator had the ability to have more robust emails. I can only think of those two negatives!
