I love how revenue.io works, especially when it comes to the real time coaching moments it provides. When there's an objection, it provides a battle card for the rep to help navigate the conversation. It also tells the rep exactly which leads to call and when, prioritizing mostly buyers based on historical data.

Like

I like the lower latency: the data syncs instantly without me needing to wait Ease of navigation: I don't have to switch between multiple browser tabs to do my job. High Level Security: It provides or inherits the security and compliance protocols already established in a companys Salesforce environment.

Guided selling is strong in Salesforce.

The AI capabilities are excellent and clearly built with sales in mind. It's tuned specifically for sales conversations in a way that generic tools simply aren't. The biggest win has been coaching at scale, which has been a huge productivity gain for both sales leadership and the team. Managers can now provide consistent, meaningful coaching and reps are developing faster as a result

Dislike

Dropped Calls: Occasional audio quality degradation during peak times, which leads to duplicate entries in the sales force when the system tries to re-log the failed attempt. Meeting Integration: Assistant is sometimes slow to join, or I have to manually admit it from the waiting room. No Lead genration: It's not helping me with finding new leads, identifying website visitors or finding email addresses.

Dislike

Crashes frequently.

Recording Zoom and Teams meetings has been a challenge and the biggest pain point we've encountered. It's worth noting that the Revenue.io product team has been very responsive to our needs. They took our feedback seriously and have already developed a fix for us. This is a good example of how they operate as a true partner rather than just a vendor.
