Performance of Salesloft Across Market Features

Like

Time saver that easily got integrated with salesforce. Helps sync all info from all sales teams into one place and boost sales efficiency. Reports are comprehensive and easy to make.

At first, I liked how simple the tool was and easy it was to adopt.

I like the all in one system the most. Not only can I call prospects, I can text, email and even get live updates on if an email was opened and viewed.

Dislike

Cost is a bit steep, especially for smaller sales teams. and also has some learning curve for new people, the user interface could be made more user-friendly perhaps.

They fell behind the competition. Reporting was subpar and deal health / visibility for our AEs was not helpful.

Sometimes I wish it were easier to filter prospects, it can be a lot of information at once, so a clean view or filtered view would help me organize and manage my pipeline.
