    Clari Streamlines Pipeline Organization and Forecast Tracking With Salesforce Integration

What I appreciate most is the way Clari consolidates data from our CRM system as well as from email, calendars, etc. to triangulate the sources into one version of truth.

The support team, the ease of use, and the customization abilities.

It is easy to navigate- I also like that you can hover over the deal and it will bring you directly to Salesforce. That way if you need to access the DID easily you can. It is also great that the notes and next steps transposed to SF as well. That is extremely helpful

Dislike

Clari is at the forefront of using machine learning algorithms to statistically give a probability forecast. With AI being leveraged much more now, I think Clari needs to revisit the ML approach and migrate to more of an AI centered forecast, including not only the data it has access to today, but also external sources of data. We need to move from, simply systems of record and extend to myriad sources which can only come through AI.

How much it stops working, the analytic tools can be tough to follow, its only helpful in some regards.

Honestly I am not sure what I would change, i use this product the most because of its ease of use and how quickly i learned to navigate it.
