The tool in its basic form works and is serviceable, the support team is fantastic. The tool does crash more than you would anticipate, but the team works fast to get it up and moving.

What I appreciate most is the way Clari consolidates data from our CRM system as well as from email, calendars, etc. to triangulate the sources into one version of truth.

The support team, the ease of use, and the customization abilities.

What I like most about Clari is the real time visibility and accuracy it brings to pipeline and forecast management, The ability to track deal movement, risk signals, and rep activity in one place makes it extremely powerful. The intuitive dashboards reduce manual efforts and allow teams to focus on execution rather than data collection.

Dislike

Clari is at the forefront of using machine learning algorithms to statistically give a probability forecast. With AI being leveraged much more now, I think Clari needs to revisit the ML approach and migrate to more of an AI centered forecast, including not only the data it has access to today, but also external sources of data. We need to move from, simply systems of record and extend to myriad sources which can only come through AI.

Dislike

How much it stops working, the analytic tools can be tough to follow, its only helpful in some regards.

What I dislike about Clari is that the activity tracking logic can be complex and difficult to explain to sellers without a deep familiarity with the product. More ready to share enablement or training videos would really help with the adoption. Additionally, the support response time can sometimes be longer than expected, especially when troubleshooting nuanced issues, which slows down resolution.
