    Our goal was to develop our sales team by aligning their capabilities with the business goals. We need a scalable process and tool for measuring, tracking and improving the performance of our team. We also needed to make sure we were linking enablement initiatives back to business outcomes and ROI. The Richardson platform is the only solution that meets our needs. We can simply assess competencies and tailor development plans. The insight we get from the platform has meant we can address performance gaps quickly and effectively. Creating our own unique instance and developing the insights we want to see has required additional effort, however the Richardson team have supported us throughout and have been receptive to our needs and feedback. Since implementing the platform for our revenue team interest has also been sparked in other departments, which speaks to the value of the platform. For any Enablement or Learning team looking to improve sales capabilities through actionable insights, I highly recommend the Richardson platform.
