The breakout room feature and ability to strategically manage multiple rooms at once was a game changer and would brjng me back to using RingCentral Events platform. I was able to create a virtual conference for employees during a week of learning and setup a main stage for a keynote/opening address along with concurrent sessions that followed with some having their own breakout rooms for deeper discussion.
I like flexible pricing plans, reception rooms, ease of use, round table events, etc.
I like its security features. Using the tool is flawless. Can manage virtual and hybrid events.
Setup time, especially when running multiple sessions at once, and across multiple times and rooms. I haven't run the hybrid version yet, but would envision that being a little more difficult as well. There are a lot of pre-settings to establish that take up a good amount of backend administrative time and things seemed more difficult than they needed to be. Especially when considering the option to use a video chat app and have facilitators create their own rooms. Some of the user interface wasn't very responsive and intuitive.
I don't like performance issues with audio or video. People who don't have a good internet connection experience some lag problems. This don't happen with other alternative solutions.
No specific scenarios that I would complain about.

I had a pretty good experience using RingCentral. What stands out overall and differentiates RingCentral Evsbts from other event management platforms is its integration andnuse of Ai. It does a really good building a community and managing peoples reactions, especially with how you can utilize internal Ai "agents" to manage Q&A boards and create promotional materials and resources. It also runs a very smooth polling feature to gather live feedback and be managed and moderated by internal Ai.
