As a user of the tool I have not experienced anything that I dislike. The tool functions as desired and how it was presented to us by the vendor.
- Not able to upload heavy MB pdf(there is certain limit) - Add ons did not work seamlessly with MS office - Free viewer or responder license feature needed (licenses for everyone can be costly for small firms)
