I really like the quality of audit trail and self-service feature this product has to offer. On top of the standard authentication features, product has domain features to isolate different set or different types of accounts of a same user (normal account and privileged account).

The mobile app feature is good and no need to carry any devices. it generates a unique, time-sensitive token to ensure that even if one factor is compromised, the system remains secure. RSA has strong community and good customer support.

Earlier version of the product requires you to install two set of servers (one for authentication and other for defining the access ). This just increases the administrative overhead and underlying integrations of the authentication and access managers are not very effective and causes operational issues
