Ruskus products are awesome no issues, When I will discuss the service and can state the following weeknesses . Technical documents hard to find or locked . Sometimes knowledge base articles are not updated . Restricted access to lots of material
Sometimes completed a more specific task can be backwards or have to be completed in a very roundabout way compared to other more in depth systems. It's usually still possible but not as easy to find, do, or figure out.
Most effective API integrations required. We have inhouse VMS application and evaluating for integrating with R1. Searching for options.
