Reporting and Dashboards Simplify Analysis Despite Challenging Sage Intacct Setup Process
Overall my usage and experience using Sage Intacct has been positive. The reporting and automation were a big improvement from the previous platform used. It is simple to create dashboards and pull data. One thing I felt could have been improved from my experience using Sage Intacct was the vendor support, there were delays and a few follow ups to get answers/support on requests made to them. And implementation had more challenges than anticipated.
