The financial management system is strong and has the ability to report accurate results in real time. It has a cloud-based nature which makes sure I can access it from anywhere.
The ease of use stand out - its intuitive interface means minimal training is required
1. Setup and Upkeep - not user friendly and requires customer support to customize/modify things. 2. Customer Service - inconsistent at times i.e helpful at times and sometimes unresponsive. 3. Pricey - Made it hard to to add additional modules and integrations to be added because most of budget was used
There are limited options available for in-app support for any kind of advanced level troubleshooting. Also, some of the reports require extra time and configuration because of the multiple layers of setup.
Intergration with legacy systems is limited and some modules lack flexibility.

It is simple to create dashboards and pull data. One thing I felt could have been improved from my experience using Sage Intacct was the vendor support, there were delays and a few follow ups to get answers/support on requests made to them. I have been using this product since 2021. It's very good accounting software. I have used this for normal business accounting as well as for NPO. Used their Cloud ERP. It's easy to use, and easily integrates with software like Airbase, bill.com, Just Works, and Payroll software. Dashboard of this software is very good. We moved to this from other software just because of its Inventory management system which is very good and very deep compared to others. You can easily manage large numbers of inventory with location management. Sage makes inter-unit reconciliations easy.
